Returns and Exchanges
At POSII we pride ourselves on quality products and excellent customer service. We want to ensure that you are happy with your POSII purchase and in the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
If you are unhappy with a product you have bought from our website, we will gladly accept for credit, refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by your sales receipt.
RETURNS
Unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of proof of purchase within 14 days of order delivery.
Please note: if you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings, for health/ hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund unless faulty or wrongly described.
To complete your return, please email us at hello@helloposii.com to advise of your intent to return your item, and complete the returns form enclosed with your order, and send it back to us with the item (s) you wish to return within 14 days of delivery to:

If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Please contact us by email here to organise this. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
