What do the words Ubunto, Agape and Maitrī have in common? They all describe common humanity.  Holding this virtue dear not only helps others, it helps us too. Research suggests that ‘strengths of the heart’ which focus on helping others help protect us against mental health problems and lead to greater life satisfaction.
